Position Overview

Are you a natural storyteller with a flair for creating engaging content? We’re looking for a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our creative team. If you’re enthusiastic about real estate and know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Produce engaging written and video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Craft compelling captions, blog articles, and marketing copy to promote our properties and brand values.
• Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content, including short-form reels and long-form promotional videos.
• Strategize and execute social media ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Track performance metrics and audience insights to refine content strategy and boost engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in both writing and video content creation.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Working knowledge of social media advertising, especially on Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver results.
• Passion for real estate, branding, and digital storytelling.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)

• Prior experience in the real estate sector.
• Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing.
