Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Masha, Surulere – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• The Production Assistant will support the day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth production processes, quality standards, and staff coordination.
• ideal candidate will be actively involved in all parts of the production process, from packaging to actual production, and will carry out any tasks assigned by the Production Manager.
• This role is essential for maintaining productivity, especially in the absence of senior production personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full production cycle, including packaging, product assembly, and operational support
• Carry out instructions from the Production Manager and provide reliable support at all times
• Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
• Assist with daily production planning and the timely execution of tasks
• Collaborate with quality control to maintain consistent product quality
• Ensure materials are available and inventory levels are tracked
• Report delays, safety issues, or equipment malfunctions promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to company policies
• Support production needs during staff shortages or increased workload
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or OND; additional training in production or operations is an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in a factory or hands-on production environment
• Flexibility to handle different aspects of the production process
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a hardworking mindset.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
