Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Experience and Social Media Manager who is passionate about building great customer relationships and curating engaging digital content. This hybrid role combines frontline customer service with brand management across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, digitally savvy, and able to balance customer needs with creative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor customer feedback trends and suggest improvements to internal processes.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance loyalty and brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate service delivery based on customer insights.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistency in voice and visuals.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep the brand’s online presence current and impactful.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
  • Creative content creation abilities (e.g., graphics, short videos, captions).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
